The eBill service provides Oakland University faculty and staff with access to TouchNet’s electronic billing and payment systems, including TouchNet Bill Payment (TBP) and TouchNet Payment Gateway (TPG). These platforms support student billing, payment processing, refunds, and MarketPlace operations for university financial transactions. Faculty and staff can request user access, administrative permissions, password resets, and account unlocks for eBill-related services.
The following service offerings are included within eBill:
- eBill (TBP) User Access – Request access to the TouchNet Bill Payment (TBP) system for managing student billing and payments.
- eBill TouchNet Account Unlock/Password Reset – Request a password reset or unlock a locked TouchNet Bill Payment (TBP) account.
- eBill (TPG) Administrator Access – Request administrative access to the TouchNet Payment Gateway (TPG) system for managing payment transactions and MarketPlace operations.
- eBill (TPG) User Access – Request user access to TouchNet Payment Gateway (TPG) for payment processing and MarketPlace management.
Who is Eligible?
Active faculty and staff requiring access to student billing, payment processing, or MarketPlace transactions.
Prerequisites and Expectations
Users must specify whether access is needed in TEST or PRODUCTION. Requests are reviewed by Student Business Services (SBS) and processed by University Technology Services (UTS) if new accounts need to be created.
