The eBill (TBP) User Access service allows Oakland University faculty and staff to request access to the eBill (TouchNet Bill Payment - TBP) system for managing student billing, payments, payment plans, and refunds. Users can request new accounts, modifications to existing accounts, or account deactivation.
eBill integrates with U.Commerce and TPG, and new users may require additional accounts within these systems. Requests are reviewed and processed in collaboration with Student Business Services (SBS) and University Technology Services (UTS) to ensure appropriate access is granted.
Who is Eligible?
Faculty and staff requiring access to student billing, payment processing, or account management.
Prerequisites and Expectations
Requests must include the user’s department, job role, and required access level. If a U.Commerce or TPG account is required, additional processing by UTS may be necessary.
