eBill TouchNet Account Unlock/Password Reset

The eBill TouchNet Account Unlock/Password Reset service assists Oakland University faculty and staff in regaining access to their TouchNet Bill Payment (TBP) accounts. Users can request:

  • Account Unlock – Keeps the same password but removes the account lock.
  • Password Reset – Assigns a new password for the account.

Users must submit this request for their own accounts—requests for other users will not be processed. Account credentials in TouchNet follow the format C21178. and should be provided accurately in the request form.

Who is Eligible?

Active faculty and staff with an existing TouchNet eBill account.

Prerequisites and Expectations

Users must specify whether the request is for the TEST or PRODUCTION environment. Instructions will be sent via email once the request is processed.
