The eBill (TPG) Administrator Access service allows Oakland University faculty and staff to request, modify, or remove administrative access to the TouchNet Payment Gateway (TPG) system. This access enables authorized users to manage payment transactions, refunds, and MarketPlace operations through the OPCenter menu in U.Commerce.
New users who do not already have U.Commerce and TPG accounts will need both created as part of this request. The request is reviewed by Student Business Services (SBS) and University Technology Services (UTS) to ensure the appropriate permissions are assigned.
Who is Eligible?
Active faculty and staff requiring access to eBill TPG for payment processing.
Prerequisites and Expectations
Users must specify whether access is needed in TEST or PRODUCTION. Users will receive login credentials and access instructions once processing is complete.
