eBill (TPG) User Access

The eBill (TPG) User Access service allows Oakland University faculty and staff to request, modify, or remove user access to the TouchNet Payment Gateway (TPG) system. This access enables authorized users to process payments, manage refunds, and oversee MarketPlace transactions through the OPCenter menu in U.Commerce. New users who do not already have a U.Commerce or TPG account will have them created as part of this request.

Who is Eligible?

Active faculty and staff who require access to eBill (TPG) for payment processing and MarketPlace management.

Prerequisites and Expectations

Users must specify if access is needed in TEST or PRODUCTION. Requests are reviewed by Student Business Services (SBS) and processed by University Technology Services (UTS) if new accounts need to be created.
