A NetID is a unique digital identity and the key to access University systems such as MySAIL, OU Email, eBill, DegreeWorks, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and more.
NetID accounts ensure secure, authenticated access to organizational data while protecting your personal information. In enables Single Sign-On (SSO), meaning you can log into multiple different services using the same username and password.
Guest and Shared NetID account requests can be used for the creation, modification, renewal and deletion for these types of accounts.

Prerequisites and Expectations
Please be sure to attempt a NetID password reset before submitting a request ticket.
After a request is submitted, a University Technology Services (UTS) technician will reach out for additional information and to provide virtual or in-person support as necessary.
