Use this service to request assistance with installing approved software on university-managed devices, or report software issues. Users can request the installation of university-provided software or software purchased by a department, so long as the license keys are in-hand.

Prerequisites and Expectations
For General Software Install Requests, the software is reviewed for compatibility with the device. Once the initial check is completed, installations can be performed via remote session or in-person appointment.
For software troubleshooting, we will provide support via remote session or in-person appointment.
