Prerequisites and Expectations
The OU Help Desk will attempt to remotely diagnose the issue with the Wepa printer. If the problem cannot be resolved remotely, the Help Desk will dispatch a technician to physically visit the printer’s location. The technician will conduct an in-person assessment to identify the issue and work towards resolving it. If further support from the Wepa vendor is required, the Help Desk will escalate the issue to ensure a timely resolution.
