Wepa printers are located in various locations around campus. University Technology Services (UTS) is responsible for the maintenance and support of the following Wepa stations:

If you experience an issue with a Wepa printer on campus, report the problem here, and the responsible team will be notified.
Who is Eligible?
Anyone.
Prerequisites and Expectations
The OU Tech Center will dispatch a technician to conduct an in-person assessment to identify the issue and work towards resolving it. If further support from the Wepa vendor is required, the OU Tech Center will escalate the issue to Wepa support.
If an issue is reported on a Wepa station that is not supported by UTS, the request will be automatically forwarded to the support personnel that UTS has on record for the printer station.
