Wepa Printers

Wepa is a printing service designed to cater to the needs of schools and students, offering a convenient and easy-to-use solution that allows students to print without being limited to traditional locations like labs or libraries.

Who is Eligible?

Faculty, Staff or Students

How Does It Work?

1. Upload your documents
2. Send your documents to the Wepa print cloud from your smartphone, tablet or computer.
3. Login at any Wepa print station
4. Insert your GrizzCard.
5. Print your documents
6. Select your method of payment.

Acceptable Payment Methods and Prices

The acceptable payments methods are:

• GrizzCa$h
• Wepa account
• Credit/debit cards
• Wepa print cards 

The prices per print are:

• Single-sided B&W: $0.09
• Single-sided Color: $0.35
• Double-sided B&W: $0.17
• Double-sided Color: $0.68

Ways To Upload Your Documents

• Cloud
  • Access your Box, Google Drive, Dropbox or OneDrive account at any Wepa print station to print your files
• Web
  • Login at wepanow.com/webupload, select your documents and "Send to Wepa."
• Traditional
  • One-time download: wepanow.com/printapp
    Open your document, choose "file>print" and select your preferred Wepa printer.
• Email
  • From your Oakland University email account, email your documents to print@wepanow.com.
• Mobile
  • Download the "Wepa Print" app and follow the instructions.
• USB
  • Insert your USB drive at any Wepa print station.
