Request a full computer reset. Default software will be installed by default and additional software can be requested. Data backups can be performed and printer and share drive mapping can be completed upon the return of the computer.
Who is Eligible?
Anyone with an Oakland University assigned device.
Prerequisites and Expectations
The Help Desk will coordinate the pickup of the device. We will install default software and backup any existing data. Once the process is complete, the Help Desk will coordinate a drop off and first time login walk-thru.
