Google Workspace for Education

Oakland University provides access to a suite of Google services through the Google Workspace for Education agreement. For Google Workspace for Education issues related to the following, please submit a service request:

  • Google Data Loss Preventions (DLP) / Sharing issues
  • Shared Resource Calendar Setup
  • Email Integration with vendors
  • Google Cloud support requests
  • Google Service or Application enablement and questions about service levels or available features
  • Google Account provisioning issues
  • Data preservation requests
  • Email delivery issues (typically for mass Email Communications, bounced email, etc...)
  • Email security
  • Google Group membership/ownership issues
  • Google Classroom - access issues

Active Faculty, Staff or Students

Please review the “Google Workspace FAQ” for more information about Google Workspace for Education. Once an incident or service request has been submitted, the requestor will be contacted for additional information/assistance.
