Oakland University provides access to a suite of Google services through the Google Workspace for Education agreement. For Google Workspace for Education issues related to the following, please submit a service request:
- Google Data Loss Preventions (DLP) / Sharing issues
- Shared Resource Calendar Setup
- Email Integration with vendors
- Google Cloud support requests
- Google Service or Application enablement and questions about service levels or available features
- Google Account provisioning issues
- Data preservation requests
- Email delivery issues (typically for mass Email Communications, bounced email, etc...)
- Email security
- Google Group membership/ownership issues
- Google Classroom - access issues
