Desk Phone

This service allows users to request a new desk phone for their office desk on campus. Users can also report an issue with their existing desk phone such as malfunctions or connectivity issues.

Who is Eligible?

Active faculty and staff.

Prerequisites and Expectations

For desk phone requests, the desired location for the phone must have an active wired network (Ethernet) wall port.

Cost

Charges may be incurred for phone requests. Desk phone support does not incur any costs.
