Adobe Licenses

Adobe has moved to a cloud licensing model. The licenses are purchased annually on a subscription basis. Departments are responsible for the purchase and management of these term subscription licenses. 

Prerequisites and Expectations

A software review request is required in order for UTS to add users to the Adobe Admin Console and provision access to the license. This is an Adobe requirement. The OU Preferred Vendor for all Adobe software is Insight.  Please contact Dan Kucinic (Dan.Kucinic@insight.com) for all approved Adobe purchases.  Once payment is complete, create a service request with a copy of the invoice and add user information.  It can take 5-7 business days for us to receive the license within our admin portal.
