Who is Eligible?

All active students, staff, and faculty with Adobe access through Oakland University.

Prerequisites and Expectations

Before submitting a request, make sure you are signed into Adobe with your OU Email and password.

Please include as much details as possible, such as:

  • The Adobe product you are using
  • What you were doing when the issue occurred
  • Any error messages or screenshots
  • The device or operating system you're using
