Eligibility

Only full-time active employees (faculty and staff)

Only current enrolled full-time students

Students

Currently enrolled students are automatically eligible to access Adobe Express.

Employees

All active full-time faculty and staff are automatically eligible to access the below licenses on up to two Oakland University owned computers.
 
All licenses are to be used for university operations only.

Setting Up Your Adobe Enterprise Account
All users will be migrated from AdobeID to FederatedID.  FederatedID uses the university’s standard SSO and DUO MFA for eligible faculty/staff.  If you are currently using an AdobeID account, you will need to migrate any stored assets before 8/31/2025.  Please refer to Pre-Migration Preparation for detailed information.
 
 
Please note that all admin roles within the Adobe portal will be limited to UTS staff only.  If you have a specific need that requires admin access, please contact us.

Add-on Products
Eligible staff and employees may request Creative Cloud through the Adobe request form for an additional fee.

Request an Adobe Add-on License: 

Departments are responsible for funding any additional Adobe licenses required to complete their work.  UTS will charge each department for their respective add-on licenses at the end of the fiscal year.

Please submit the Creative Cloud All Apps Licenses Request Form for any licensing requests related to Creative Cloud All Apps.

The Adobe Access Request Form should be submitted for all other add-on licenses and additional access requests.

 
Request additional Adobe licenses via the IT Review of Technology Software form.  Please provide the following information in your request form.
 
  1. License type and quantity
  2. Users name, email address, and department
  3. Business case justification (what apps are you needing to utilize)
  4. Fund number (indicate if this is a grant fund)
  5. Fund signer’s name and email address
