Users who own or have access to an OU office printer.
Prerequisites and Expectations
The OU Help Desk will review the request to confirm the printer’s availability on the network, if applicable. The Help Desk will then reach out to schedule a remote session or an in-person appointment, if necessary, to assist with adding the printer to the desired computer. After mapping, the Help Desk will test the printer to ensure it is accessible and functions properly.
