Request Zoom/Google Meet Assistance

Request assistance with issues related to Zoom, Google Meet, and other video conferencing platforms.

Oakland University faculty, staff, and students.

Prerequisites and Expectations

Once the requestor submits a service request, the request will automatically go to Oakland University Help Desk (OUHD) Department. The OUHD may contact the requestor to troubleshoot the issue and/or request additional information.
