This service assists users experiencing issues with accessing or using a Guest or Shared NetID account. Common problems include login failures, permission errors, and more.

Who is Eligible?

Guest NetID account sponsors, or Shared NetID account owners.

Prerequisites and Expectations

When a request is submitted, the OU Technology Center will setup an appointment to investigate the issue by verifying account status, checking permissions, and troubleshooting potential causes. If necessary, the issue will be escalated to the appropriate team for further assistance.
