Guest NetID account sponsors, or shared NetID account owners.
Prerequisites and Expectations
When a request is submitted, the OU Help Desk will setup an appointment to investigate the issue by verifying account status, checking permissions, and troubleshooting potential causes. If necessary, the issue will be escalated to the appropriate team for further assistance.
