Use this service to unlock or reset your personal Oracle Banner (ODBC) account password using the self-service utility. This tool is intended for employees who need to regain access to their Banner account without Help Desk assistance.
Who is Eligible?
Oakland University employees with a Banner (ODBC) account.
Note: Guest and Shared Account holders are not eligible to use this tool.
Prerequisites and Expectations

This utility can only be used to unlock or reset your Banner account.

The information you provide must match existing records to complete the process.

An email confirmation will be sent to notify you of the password reset or unlock activity.
