This service allows users to request a temporary NetID for non-University members who need limited access to university resources.
Guest NetID accounts are typically used for visiting scholars, contractors, or event attendees who require short-term access to services such as Wi-Fi, email, or specific applications.
Who is eligible?
Active faculty or staff sponsoring a guest user.
Prerequisites and Expectations
When a request is submitted, University Technology Services (UTS) will review the request, verify eligibility, and create the account with the appropriate permissions and expiration date. Once set up, account details will be provided to the requester.
Users should include information about the guest, the purpose of access, and the requested duration when submitting their request.
