This service allows users to request the creation of a shared NetID account, which provides multiple authorized users with access to a common university resource, such as a departmental email, shared drive, or specialized application.
Who is eligible?
Active staff and faculty.
Prerequisites and Expectations
When a request is submitted, University Technology Services (UTS) will review the request, verify eligibility, and configure the account with the appropriate permissions. Once created, account details and usage guidelines will be provided to the requester.
