GrizzFiles

The GrizzFiles service enables Oakland University faculty, staff, and sponsored students to request access to a secure, centralized storage solution for storing and sharing confidential data. GrizzFiles provides encryption for data at rest and in transit, ensuring compliance with university security policies.

Who is Eligible?

Active Faculty, Staff, and Sponsored Students

Prerequisites and Expectations

GrizzFiles access requests are reviewed by University Technology Services (UTS) to ensure proper authorization and compliance with data security policies. Once approved, users receive instructions on how to log in and set up their accounts.

Reported issues are initially investigated by the OU Help Desk and escalated to the appropriate technical team if further troubleshooting is required.
