Report a Problem with GrizzFiles

This service allows Oakland University faculty, staff, and sponsored students to seek assistance with issues related to GrizzFiles, the university’s secure storage and file-sharing platform. Common issues may include login difficulties, multi-factor authentication problems, permission errors, file access restrictions, or concerns about storage limits and sharing settings. 

Users experiencing problems should submit a support request detailing the issue, including any error messages received and recent actions taken.

Prerequisites and Expectations

The OU Help Desk will conduct an initial investigation and, if necessary, escalate the issue to the appropriate University Technology Services (UTS) team for resolution.
