Classroom Support and Instructional Technical Services (CSITS)

Classroom Support and Instructional Technical Services (CSITS) is your starting point when it comes to addressing all of your instructional technology needs. The Classroom Support Service Center (CSSC) is staffed to provide immediate technical assistance for any classroom related issue.  To contact CSSC, call us (248-370-2461) during our support hours. 

In support of the University community, CSITS also offers a broad range of services including: audio, video, streaming, instructional technology consulting, engineering, and systems integration.  We also provide resources and services to aid in supporting the technical aspects of your programs, activities and events.

Additional Information

GrizzFlex Technology allows students and faculty to engage in synchronous and asynchronous learning (hybrid or HyFlex). The systems is equipped with a multi-camera system with microphones providing versatile learning scenarios.
