This service allows users to share comments, concerns, or suggestions about the Self-Service Support Centers' usability, design, or functionality. Feedback may include difficulty finding a service, issues with navigation or layout, or reporting broken functionality. . All feedback is reviewed to improve the overall user experience.

Who is Eligible?

Users with a valid NetID and password may submit feedback.

Prerequisites and Expectations

Feedback is reviewed by the ITSM administrator team and routed to the appropriate team if action is needed. Follow-up is provided if clarification is required.
