Proxy Access

This service can be used to request assistance with issues related to SAIL or eBill proxy access.

Who is Eligible?

  • Active students.
  • Authorized proxy users (such as parents or guardians) who have been granted access by a student.

Prerequisites and Expectations

Please verify the following before submitting a ticket:

  • The student has successfully added the proxy user in SAIL or eBill.
  • If the proxy user has not received an email, they have checked their Spam or Junk folders.
  • The correct proxy login credentials are being used (SAIL uses a 6-digit PIN; eBill uses a password).

To request assistance, submit an issue using the Report an Issue button.

Required Information

  • Are you a student or a proxy user?
  • Student's full name and NetID
  • Which system is affected: SAIL, eBill, or both
  • A detailed description of the issue and any error messages received

The OU Technology Center will review your request during business hours. You may be contacted for additional information or clarification.
