Use this service to request the deletion of an Oakland University user account for employees, student employees, temporary employees, or other affiliated personnel. This includes access removal from administrative and academic systems such as ADMNET, Banner, TouchNet, UNIX, and Workflow.

Who is Eligible?

Supervisors, department heads, or authorized personnel responsible for managing employee or affiliate access.

Prerequisites and Expectations

  • Requests must be submitted by an authorized university representative.

  • Account deletions are typically processed after an employee’s separation, contract end date, or change in role.

  • Specify all systems from which access should be removed (e.g., ADMNET, Banner, TouchNet, UNIX, Workflow).

  • Deletion of access is permanent and should only be requested once all necessary data or files have been transferred or archived.

  • University Technology Services will review each request to verify authorization and confirm appropriate access removal across systems.

  • Additional review may be required for high-level or sensitive access.
