PerfectForms

PerfectForms provides Oakland University faculty and staff with a secure and compliant platform for developing electronic forms that require authentication, workflow routing, or the handling of confidential data. Users can request a developer license to build and manage forms within the system or seek assistance with PerfectForms development. While simple forms can be created using Google Docs, forms requiring login authentication or routing sensitive data must be developed within PerfectForms or housed in the Banner system. Requests are reviewed by the Enterprise Applications team in coordination with designated data stewards to ensure compliance with university security policies.
