This service assists users who moved into a new office and need assistance re-setting up their technology.
Prerequisites and Expectations
When a request is submitted, the OU Help Desk will contact the requestor to set up a appointment. The OU Help Desk will meet with the requestor and set up the technology and verify all equipment works before leaving. In some cases, additional network drops or equipment may need to be installed to ensure devices work correctly.
