- All quotes will align with Oakland University’s standard hardware models for both Dell and Apple devices, as reviewed and approved by University Technology Services (UTS).
- Requests may include:

- University-approved monitors and accessories
- If your department requires a non-standard configuration or specialized hardware, please include detailed justification. UTS will review and advise on alternatives or next steps.
- UTS typically provides quotes within a few business days and can assist with guidance on strategic sourcing and ordering time lines.
- All technology purchases must adhere to university IT standards and policies.
