How to Report an Outage

This article explains how to report an outage or report degraded performance with a service.

Guide

  1. Log in to the Self-Service Support Center
  2. Locate the Service Related to Your Issue
    • Use the search bar or browse the categories to find the service related to your issue.
  3. Check for a "Report an Issue" Button
    • If the service has a "Report an Issue" button, click it and fill out the form with as much detail as possible.
    • Once the form has been submitted, a service team will reach out to provide assistance as soon as possible.
    • Tip: If you cannot find a "Report an Issue" button under the service, use the general Report an Outage button on the homepage.
