This guide explains how to report an issue in the Self-Service portal by using the Service Catalog. Following these steps ensures your request is routed to the appropriate team for resolution.

- Access the Service Catalog
- Locate the Service Related to Your Issue
- Use the search bar or browse the categories to find the service related to your issue.
- Check for a "Report an Issue" Button
- If the service has a "Report an Issue" button, click it and fill out the form with as much detail as possible.
- Once the form has been submitted, a service team will reach out to provide assistance as soon as possible.
