Webcam Settings in Browser

In Chrome, Edge, and Firefox, you may receive a first-time pop-up that requests access to the camera and microphone. Click “Allow” to grant access to both the camera and microphone. If you are still experiencing issues, you can take the following steps for each specific browser to enable access.

Google Chrome

If you do not get the pop-up, click on the settings icon on the left side of the URL bar and a window will appear showing what settings have been enabled. Confirm the Camera and Microphone are toggled "on".

Firefox

Click the "settings" icon in the left-corner of the URL bar and a window will pop up. Check the permissions that both the microphone and camera are set to “Allow.” If they are not allowed, you must click the “X” next to each item and reload the page. Once the page reloads, it will prompt you to allow both the camera and microphone.

Microsoft Edge

Click on the lock icon on the left side of the URL bar and a window will appear showing what settings have been enabled. Confirm the Camera and Microphone are set to Allow.
