How to Email Documents in Banner

  • Query the document you wish to email
  • You can select email one of two ways:
  • You can select email from the drop down menu by clicking on the arrow next to the document

  • You can open the document and click the email link at the top right corner of the page

  • Enter your email address for Mail Registration

  • You will receive a confirmation code via email
  • Enter Confirmation Code in the Mail Confirmation window and click OK

  • Enter the email address you wish to send to and any CCs
  • Uncheck "Send Attachments as Hyperlinks" as not everyone you mail to will have access to BDM. In doing this, it will mail as PDF instead

  • You should get a confirmation that the email was successful
