How to Email Documents in Banner
Query the document you wish to email
You can select email one of two ways:
You can select email from the drop down menu by clicking on the arrow next to the document
You can open the document and click the email link at the top right corner of the page
Enter your email address for Mail Registration
You will receive a confirmation code via email
Enter Confirmation Code in the Mail Confirmation window and click OK
Enter the email address you wish to send to and any CCs
Uncheck "Send Attachments as Hyperlinks" as not everyone you mail to will have access to BDM. In doing this, it will mail as PDF instead
You should get a confirmation that the email was succesful
