Shared drives provide a centralized location for teams, departments, or projects to store, organize, and share files efficiently while ensuring data security and compliance with university policies.
Users can also request assistance with troubleshooting connectivity or other shared drive problems.
Who is Eligible?
Active Faculty, Staff and Student Employees
Prerequisites and Expectations
When a request is submitted, the Technical Support Services team will review it to verify permissions and eligibility. Once approved, access will be granted or removed as specified.
When a problem is reported, the OU Help Desk will investigate the issue by reviewing permissions, verifying network connectivity, and troubleshooting any technical problems. If necessary, the issue will be escalated to the appropriate team for further resolution.
