Report a Problem with Microsoft 365

This service allows Oakland University faculty, staff, and students to report issues with Microsoft 365, such as login errors, email delivery problems, application crashes, or difficulties installing the software.

If you experience login issues, try resetting your NetID password at netid.oakland.edu before submitting a request.

Prerequisites and Expectations

Before submitting a ticket, check the Microsoft 365 Status Page for any ongoing outages. Provide details about the issue, including error messages and the device or application affected.
