You can create your forms using Google Docs without any license or training, as long as you are not working with Confidential Data. Google provides online help.
If you are working with a form that requires routing or a login due to Confidential Data, the form should be developed in PerfectForms or housed in the Banner system.
Who is Eligible?
Active Faculty or Staff who are eligible for Argos.
Prerequisites and Expectations
Requests are reviewed by the Enterprise Applications team in coordination with designated data stewards. Once approved, users will be notified and provided with necessary training resources.
