Prerequisites and Expectations
Report an issue if you are experiencing:
- Inability to access specific websites or services by hostname
- DNS resolution failures (e.g., "server not found" errors)
- Incorrect IP address resolution for known domains
- Issues after recent DNS changes
- Problems accessing internal resources by name
The Network Communication Services (NCS) team will investigate and resolve DNS-related problems affecting university systems, services, or network connectivity.
