Report a Problem with an Apple Account

To report an issue with a University-provided Apple Account, submit an issue here. Examples include forgot password, account lock, or other account incident.

Note: If you current have a legacy Apple Account that uses an @oakland.edu email address that was not setup by University Technology Services (UTS), the account is not managed by the University and we can only provide limited support for these accounts.

Who is Eligible?

Users with a Managed Apple Account that was setup and provided by University Technology Services (UTS).

Prerequisites and Expectations

A technician will reach out to the requestor for additional information on the issue, or to provide remote or in-person troubleshooting assistance as needed.
