This service allows users to report issues with Google Meet, such as login errors, meeting connection problems, audio or video malfunctions, or missing features.
Who is Eligible?
Faculty, staff, and students with an active NetID account.
Prerequisites and Expectations
Before submitting a ticket, users should try to reset their NetID password at netid.oakland.edu, and sign out and back into Google Meet with the new credentials. If the problem persists, complete the form with detailed information about the issue. Technicians will review the issue, verify account settings, and provide troubleshooting or escalate to an additional team if needed.
