Phishing is a type of Social Engineering attack in which a bad actor poses as a trusted or reputable source and sends fraudulent emails with the intent of manipulating victims into revealing personal or confidential information, or executing malicious software. If you believe you receive a phishing email, you may report it to University Technology Services (UTS) or if you believe you accidentally clicked on a phishing email, you may submit a service request.

Active faculty, staff, and student employees.
Prerequisites and Expectations
Oakland University Gmail account are required to submit, emails from non-university accounts should not be submitted.
