Users who rely on or have access to Ethernet connections on campus.
Prerequisites and Expectations
The OU Help Desk will investigate the issue by performing remote troubleshooting. If the problem cannot be resolved remotely, the Help Desk will dispatch a technician to perform an in-person diagnosis, or escalate the issue to another team for repair and further troubleshooting.
