This service offering is used by automated email notifications from the Cisco Emergency Responder (CER) to alert University Technology Services (UTS) of any alerts other than the switch-port change notifications.
Who is Eligible?
Only the CER is permitted to use this service.
Prerequisites and Expectations
Tickets created by the CER will be triaged and resolved by the UTS network and infrastructure teams.
