Submit a request for the installation of Jabber Soft Phone software on your device. This service will enable you to access the functionality of your desk phone directly from your computing device that displays the on-campus telephone extension to the caller and used for remote work.
Who is Eligible?
Faculty and staff with an existing extension in the phone system.
Prerequisites and Expectations
The Network will review and provision the Jabber account before software installation can be completed. The VPN (Global Protect) must be used with this application.
