This service provides event support with technology support for university events.
- Assistance with audio/visual equipment, microphones, projectors, live streaming, and other technology needs to ensure a smooth event experience.
- Equipment check-out service of technology items available to faculty and staff for events.
- Training sessions on use of conference meeting tools for virtual events such as Zoom webinars and meetings
- Consultations during the planning phase for events to assess technology needs, room setup and stage designs.
- Streaming technology services available.

Prerequisites and Expectations
When a request is submitted, the Classroom Support and Instructional Technical Services (CSITS) Special Events team will review the details and reach out to coordinate setup, technical requirements, and on-site support if needed. Users should submit their requests in advance to allow sufficient time for planning and preparation.
