Use this service to submit a technology Request for Proposal (RFP) or Request for Quote (RFQ) with the University Technology Services (UTS) business office.
Who is Eligible?
All active faculty and staff.
Prerequisites and Expectations
Complete this form as thoroughly as possible to initiate the RFQ or RFP process. The form is structured to gather information on a proposed solution based on specified requirements. The form also includes minimum vendor qualifications such as technical and accessibility compliance features established by the University.
Once the request has been submitted, the UTS business office will review the request and collaborate with the requestor(s) to finalize the RFQ/RFP.

Cost
There is no cost to initiate the RFQ or RFP process. If a quote or proposal moves forward to the procurement phase, costs may be incurred.
