University IT staff, and in some cases knowledgeable faculty, staff, or students.
Prerequisites and Expectations
Once an incident or service request has been submitted, the requestor will be contacted for additional information/assistance. Depending on the scope of the issue we often need to work with our relevant vendors it order to provide a solution so your patience is always appreciated.
