I need help and I do not have a NetID account

Users such as future students, parents, alumni, and vendors can use this service to submit an IT ticket. Users with a valid NetID account should not submit this request.

Who is Eligible?

Users who do not have an active NetID account.

Prerequisites and Expectations

The OU Technology Center will assess your request and contact you to provide support, or forward the ticket to the appropriate team if needed. Supervisor or sponsor approval may be required for some requests.
