This is a service request for the creation of a new server or virtual machine (VM) to be used for University related purposes. This also allows requestors to request specific software and operating systems be installed, as well as technical configurations.

Once a service request has been submitted, the UTS team will process the request and may contact the requestor for additional steps and information.
